We stand by the quality of our products and want to make the refund/exchange process as simple as possible. Rockhound Outfitters has a 60-day FREE Returns policy on all orders. 
Overview
Certain products can be sent directly to the manufacturer for refunds.  Some items can be returned to Rockhound Outfitters for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase, all sales are final.   If you have any questions, please send an email to customerservice@rockhoundoutfitters.com.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in new condition & unused with tags.

To ensure proper processing of your Rockhound Outfitters merchandise return/exchange, please follow these instructions:
1. Request a return label from customerservice@rockhoundoutfitters.com.
  a)  Stamps.com will email a return label to you.
  b) You will need to request a second label if the label is not printed within 24hrs.
  c) Print the label, the package can be dropped off at a Post Office or given to a mail carrier.
  d) If you cannot print the label have the Post Office scan the label from your phone.
2. Print and fill out the Return/Exchange Form.
3. Package all merchandise in a box or other shipping container for return/exchange.
4. Include the Packing Slip and the Return/Exchange Form.
5. Attach the shipping label to your package do not cover the tracking barcode with packing tape.
Do not change the return label in any way. This could delay the return or make it undeliverable.
6. Place your package in your mailbox or take to the Post Office. DO NOT take to UPS or FedEx.

Once your return has been received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
1. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days for your refund to officially post.
3. Contact your bank since there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@rockhoundoutfitters.com.
